If I’m being completely transparent, I don’t feel qualified to do this.
There are people who know the Bible better than I do. People who write better, speak better, and probably have a whole lot more figured out than I do.
But God kept putting this on my heart.
And eventually, I realized that obedience isn’t about being the best person for the job. It’s about being willing to say yes when God asks you to move.
Sometimes God calls us to things that scare us. Things we don’t feel prepared for. Things that make us wonder, “Are You sure You meant me?”
I’ve learned that faith isn’t always feeling confident about where you’re going. Sometimes it’s taking the first step with shaky hands and trusting that if God called you there, He will walk with you through it.
So, this is me saying yes.
I may stumble over my words. I may not always get it right. And I’m sure I’ll learn plenty along the way. But I would rather be scared and obedient than comfortable while ignoring what God has placed on my heart.
Maybe there’s something He’s been asking you to do, too.
You don’t have to feel ready.
You just have to be willing.
So....Say yes. Take the step. Even when you can't see the step itself. Even if you can't see where it is leading. Let God handle the rest. 🧡
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7
