At Sammie Jay’s Faith Unfolding, I believe God is constantly working in our lives—even in the moments when we don’t understand what He is doing. His Word, His grace, and His unfailing love have carried me through some of my hardest seasons, and this space was created from my desire to share what He continues to teach me along the way.
Through honest devotionals, real-life struggles, faith, forgiveness, grace, and a whole lot of learning to let go and trust God, I hope to create a place where women can feel seen, encouraged, and reminded that they are never walking alone.
My prayer is simple: that something shared here meets you exactly where you are, reminds you of how deeply God loves you, and encourages you to keep trusting Him as your own faith continues to unfold. 🧡
The Purpose
Sammie Jay’s Faith Unfolding was created for the woman who is trying her best, loving her people, carrying more than she probably admits, and still figuring out what God is doing in the middle of it all.
Because here’s the thing—I don’t believe any of us are here by accident. God created each of us with a purpose, even when life gets messy and we lose sight of it. Even when we make mistakes. Even when the plan we had for ourselves falls completely apart.
I want this to be a place where we can talk about real life and real faith—the hard days, the mom guilt, the heartbreak, the forgiveness, the letting go, the starting over, and those little moments when God reminds us that He has been there all along.
I don’t have all the answers, and I’m still learning right alongside you. But if there is one thing I hope you take away from every devotional, it’s this:
You matter. Your story matters. God isn’t finished with you yet, and you never have to walk this journey alone.
Sometimes we just have to loosen our grip, give it to God, and have enough faith to see where He takes us.

The Vision
My vision for Sammie Jay’s Faith Unfolding is to create a place where you can show up exactly as you are—the good days, the hard days, the messy days, and everything in between.
I want this to be a community where we grow in our faith together, encourage one another, and remind each other that none of us have to walk this journey alone.
More than anything, I hope these words help you see that God has a purpose for your life. You don’t have to have everything figured out or be perfect to be used by Him. You just have to be willing to trust Him, take the next step, and see where He leads.
